moms breasts were tubular and separated but she said she got her period on time and is otherwise healthy
mom complaining about painful nursing experience
showed her how to get a deeper latch in laid back position which was more comfortable for her
she also doesn't have large milk supply so nurses every 3 hours and then gives about 30cc to baby
discussed pumping or expressing milk every 2 hours for 5-10 minutes and offering that to baby as well
also made sure to discuss breastfeeding management and signs to look for
