mom had pain with the latch. baby was hysterically crying when I got there – needed a deeper latch but it had also been 4 hours since the last feed and he was too hysterical to latch easily. Once he regulated a bit, I put him laying next to her to feed because the cradle position was uncomfortable to herald so was football. the baby actually watched really nicely and wasn't falling off or screaming anymore and he was able to do calm down and mom was able to do it successfully on her own as well.
