Mom wanted to know if it is normal to have to feed like every 2 hours in the beginning and at night. I explained that it is very normal for them to be more alert and hungry / need soothing on the breast or by mom specifically on the second night. She felt at ease. I checked the latch because she said there is some pain. Latch looked good. She said she remembered with the first there was pain in the beginning and then went away after a few days. Nursed for 1,.5 years.
