baby had jaundice and phototherapy
mom complaining about sores on her nipples while latching specifically her left side
she showed me her latch and on her right side it is deep enough but on the left side it wasn't so deep so I showed her how to achieve a deeper latch
the bottom lips were too close to the nipple
pain subsided
also discussed she may have a strong letdown and to try and lean back more so its not pouring into his mouth and let him pause
mom said she always has a lot of milk
